When you use the contact form, LABO8 receives the information you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, company or activity, project type, budget, preferred date and message.

The hosting provider may also temporarily record technical data required for the security and operation of the website, such as your IP address, browser, and the date and time of your connection.

This information is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, follow up our exchanges and protect the website against misuse. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising without your consent.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for no more than 24 months after the last exchange and are then deleted. Data connected with a mandate, invoicing or a legal obligation may be retained for the period required under Swiss law.
